our integrity and level of service and recommend us to family and friends. ONESD has helped everyday Australians fulfil their
goals of financial freedom and we have successfully assisted them to stay on track with their financial objectives.
In appreciation for the support we have received and to encourage further referral from new and existing clients,
we have established the ONESD Client Referral Reward Program.
We are offering $100.00 in a form
of a gift voucher for a store of your choice, for simply referring a client over that result in a purchase of an investment
product with ONESD. The $100.00 will be presented immediately after settlement of an investment purchase. Please see ONESD

ONESD Client Referral Reward Program Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of participation in the ONESD Client
Referral Reward Program. "Referrer" refers to yourself, and "Referral" refers to anyone referred
to ONESD and services provided. This Agreement may be revised at our discretion at any time.
Payment ONESD will pay AUD$100.00 in a form of a gift voucher for a store of Referrers choice,
for simply referring a client over that result in a purchase of an investment product with ONESD. The AUD$100.00 will be presented
immediately after settlement of an investment purchase as stipulated by ONESD. No other investment type other than that stipulated
by ONESD will be accepted and no payout will be granted. The ONESD Client Referral Reward Program refers to an investment
product only. The investment must be purchased through
ONESD and referral must not be an existing client of ONESD. All ONESD Client Referral Reward Program applications
are subject to approval by Susan and Roger Dehne. Term
of agreement This
agreement remains in effect until cancelled by either party. Payment to the Referrer may be withheld for a reasonable time
in order to ensure that the settlement of the property has been completely finalised. Disclaimer ONESD, (being Susan Dehne and Roger Dehne only) will make every reasonable effort to track and pay Referrer.
However, ONESD is not responsible for technical problems, Acts of God, acts by third parties, or other events outside our
reasonable control, which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service. We will make every reasonable effort to identify
the originating partner and pay them accordingly. Privacy
To protect ONESD
customer privacy, we cannot provide identifying customer names and contact information to you. However, we will provide a
report with each Referrer payment detailing referral and date of sale. Independent Contractor The relationship between Members and Referrer established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors.
ONESD and Referrer shall each conduct its respective business at its own initiative, responsibility and expense, and shall
have no authority to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as otherwise provided herein. The term "Referrer"
shall not be interpreted as a legal partner, but instead an independent contractor for ONESD under this agreement. Warranty Disclaimer ONESD Client Referral Reward Program makes no warranties expressed
or implied with regard to ONESD Client Referral Reward Program except as outlined in this agreement. Limitation of Damages ONESD Client Referral Reward Program shall not be held liability
for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect
to this agreement or program, even if ONESD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ONESD Client Referral
Reward Program aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event
exceed the total amount paid or payable by ONESD under this agreement. Referrer
understands that Referral tracking can never be 100% accurate and ONESD Client Referral Reward Program is
not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur beyond its control. Tracking of Referral sales depends on the referrer providing
the proper Referral information. It is the goal of ONESD to make Referral tracking as accurate as possible; however, ONESD
Client Referral Reward Program cannot guarantee 100% tracking reliability for situations beyond its control. Cancellation ONESD
Client Referral Reward Program holds the right to cancel and remove a Referrers details for any reason if deemed
necessary.
